NetVanta 1560 switches offer advanced multilayer switching, high-bandwidth capabilities, voice-aware features, and the right functionality to enable scaling from small business to enterprise-sized networks.
The ADTRAN NetVanta 1560-24, with part number 17101564PF2, is a managed Layer 2/3 Gigabit Ethernet switch designed for robust networking requirements. It features 24 10/100/1000Base-T access ports and 2 SFP+ 10 Gigabit Ethernet uplink ports that support both 1 Gbps and 10 Gbps speeds. This model is equipped to handle a variety of networking protocols and services such as static routing, OSPFv2, and DHCP. For network management and security, it supports 802.1Q VLANs, QoS, rate limiting, shaping/policing, ACLs, and more.
The switch also provides up to 30 watts per port with a total of 370 watts available for Power over Ethernet (PoE), supporting both 802.3af and 802.3at standards. This makes it suitable for environments requiring power to devices like VoIP phones, wireless access points, and other PoE-capable equipment.
