Every Cisco 7800 IP phone is fully menu-driven, with an easily-readable grayscale screen. Advanced models include a white backlight for additional usability. They include dual Ethernet ports with an integrated IEEE switch for downstream connections. You have your choice of 1, 2, 4, or 16-line models, as well as white or black replaceable bezels on most models.
Standards-based SIP implementation gives the Cisco 7800 series superior ease of use, with easy integration into existing networks regardless of whether your VoIP is hosted on-site, or off. They include XML support, as well as web-based configuration along with your other Cisco Voice products. "Whisper" support makes them ideal for call center usage as well.
