    The graphical LCD display provides clear information on the UPS's status and measurements on a single screen (in seven languages). Enhanced configuration capabilities are also available with easy-to-use navigation keys. Load segment control enables prioritized shutdowns of nonessential equipment during outages in order to maximize battery runtime for critical devices. Load segment control can also be used to remotely reboot locked-up network equipment or to manage scheduled shutdowns and sequential start-ups.

    Users can maximize useful battery life by widening the input voltage window or adjustable input waveform sensitivity (via the LCD or software) to adapt the UPS to a specific environment (like Genset).

The Eaton 5P UPS delivers reliable backup power in tower and various rackmount form factors for enterprise and distributed IT applications. The Eaton 5P1500R-L is equipped with long life lithium-ion batteries, which offer reduced maintenance over the life of the system when compared to lead-acid versions. As the first in the industry to comply with the UL 2900-2-2 cybersecurity standard, Eaton's optional Gigabit Network Card provides remote monitoring and management for the 5P. When paired with Eaton Intelligent Power Manager (IPM) software, you can seamlessly manage your connected equipment install base, even in virtualized environments.
