Microsoft will replace the Surface device with a new or refurbished product. This plan covers the Surface for 3 years total from original purchase date of the equipment, and includes: Advanced Exchange. Advanced Exchange entitles customers to receive a replacement device prior to returning their non-functional device to Microsoft. Shipping cost for overnight Air is covered by Microsoft both ways and includes packaging materials.
