This six-inch adapter cable instantly connects your computer, laptop, notebook, media player, MacBook, Chromebook, Ultrabook, Blu-ray player or other device with an HDMI port to two VGA monitors or projectors simultaneously. It features a male HDMI connector and two female VGA connectors, so you can continue using your existing VGA displays and cables without the expense of new HDMI monitors.
This HDMI to VGA and audio adapter is ideal for giving video presentations in conference rooms and classrooms or playing video for digital signage in crystal-clear 1080p. It supports video resolutions up to 1920 x 1080, as well as HDCP, EDID and 3D. The HDMI audio signal passes through the adapter and splits to two 3.5 mm stereo jacks. LEDs next to each output port indicate at a glance when the adapter is transmitting a signal to the connected VGA displays.
The molded HDMI connector features special latches, which help prevent the adapter from becoming loose or accidentally dislodged from the source device and causing signal loss.
No software or drivers are required. The included USB Micro-B cable powers the adapter from a USB port on your HDMI source. The lightweight unit is easy to carry in a pocket, purse, backpack or laptop bag for instant 1080p video where needed.
