Startup helps you to verify and document the proper installation and operation of your UPS system to build a solid foundation for improved reliability, higher efficiency, reduced costs, enhanced safety, fewer repairs, quicker service and longer UPS lifespan. Startup also registers your UPS, initiates its service record and establishes the essential working relationship between your organization and the Tripp Lite service team.
On-Site warranty activation
Your basic factory warranty covers defective parts when repairs are performed by an authorized Tripp Lite service technician, but does not include travel and labor. Commissioning activates enhanced 24/7/365 on-site warranty coverage, which includes parts, travel and labor, as well as 24/7 technical support via telephone or email. Working with the Tripp Lite service team ensures you have access to genuine, high-quality OEM parts. It also ensures that service personnel are properly trained and up-to-date on advanced service bulletins and great practices.

Regular business hours start-up for 3-phase 208V SUT-Series UPS (SUT20K, SUT30K, SUT40K, SUT60K only) and domestically sold 400V SUTX-Series (SUTX20K and SUTX40K only), including internal battery strings and one additional battery cabinet. When timely performed, start-up activates one-year on-site 24/7 "break/fix" warranty service for locations within the 48 contiguous states. Additional charges apply for additional external battery cabinets.
