Tripp Lite's PDUMH20HVAT provides robust single-phase power distribution that’s ideal for mission-critical IT environments. This PDU delivers reliable 20A 200/208/240V power to eight C13 outlets and two C19 outlets. A digital meter lets you locally monitor current and load, and a built-in Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) provides a redundant power option. It’s suitable for 1U (horizontal) rackmount installation and is reversible to face the front or back of the rack.

Network-Grade Power Distribution, Automatic Transfer Switch and Redundant Power
Unfiltered electrical pass-through makes the PDUMH20HVAT ideal for distributing alternate waveform utility, UPS or generator power in rack enclosures and network closets. It provides 200-240V single-phase power service via eight C13 and two C19 outlets. The outlets are programmed for sequential turn-on to prevent in-rush equipment interaction on startup. The 12-ft. cords give you flexibility in placement. It has a rugged all-metal reversible housing and two IEC-320 C20 input plugs. Total load capacity: 3.2kW (200V), 3.33kW (208V), 3.52kW (220V), 3.68kW (230V), 3.84kW (240V).
This PDU provides a redundant power option for single-corded network devices. If the primary power source fails, an Automatic Transfer Switch will switch over to the secondary power source until the primary input is restored and stable. Super-fast switchover between primary and secondary power sources occurs within 2-5 milliseconds. An on-board ATS processor constantly evaluates power quality on both input sources to prevent transfer to the secondary source if it’s unavailable or of lower quality than the primary source. Two LEDs show the status of each power source.

Tripp Lite Metered ATS / Auto Transfer Switch provides a redundant power option for single-corded network devices. Dual input cords support separate connection to PRIMARY and SECONDARY power sources. The ATS will normally maintain continuous output to all outlets as derived from the primary input cable. If the primary power source becomes unstable or fails altogether, the ATS will switch over to the secondary power source until the primary input is restored and stable. Super-fast switchover between primary and secondary power sources occurs within milliseconds. ATS functionality is supported by any two compatible AC power sources, regardless of phase angle, to support a variety of advanced redundant power networking applications. Enables fault tolerant hot-swappable UPS protection when used with a single UPS and fully redundant UPS protection when each cord is connected to a separate UPS system. In a two-UPS environment, the primary input cable must be supported by a full time sine wave UPS with zero transfer time. Tripp Lite SmartOnline series is highly recommended for use as the primary UPS in a two-UPS application. ATS configurations utilizing separate mains circuits, backup generators and even separate utility power grid feeds are fully supported.
